Daily Usage SMS Alert
Why am I receiving these?
We have launched this service for our Pay monthly customers, in order to help you to monitor your daily usage and avoid unexpected bill shock from out of bundle charges.
What do they show?
Your Daily Usage SMS Alert will give you an indication of how many minutes, texts and data you have used within the current bill cycle. The alert shows local usage only. It does not show roaming usage.
You will see that your data usage is reported in MB. To convert this number to GB, simply divide this number by 1024 (the number of MB in a GB).
Customers on a shared plan will only receive their own individual mobile usage - not the usage as a whole for everyone on the plan.
What are 'Other' minutes?
Other minutes include:
- calls to 121 (free)
- calls to premium numbers
- international calls to destinations outside of CI/UK, Poland, Portugal and Latvia.
How do I know what is included in my monthly plan?
If you are unsure of the amount of calls, texts and data which are included in your montly bundle you can see which Plan you are on at the top of Page 3 of your monthly bill, here:

What do I do if I haven't received my bill?
You can register to receive your monthly bill by email. Follow the easy registration guide here. Alternatively, if you wish to receive paper bills, you may need to update your current address on our systems, which can be done by calling 121.
How often will I receive these texts?
The Daily Usage SMS Alert will be sent every working day, Monday - Saturday. It will not be sent on Sundays, Bank Holidays or Public Holidays.
I don't want to receive these texts. How do I opt-out?
Please be advised that if you choose to opt-out of these alerts, it will be your responsibility to check your usage by calling 121 or emailing email@example.com, as we cannot guarantee that your services will be restricted when you reach or exceed your monthly allowance.
If you still wish to opt-out of the Usage Alerts, simply email your request to opt-out along with your full name, mobile number, date of birth, and the first line of your address to firstname.lastname@example.org, or you can call our team for free on 121 from your Airtel-Vodafone mobile.
