No1 Recovery was established in 1991 and is the largest dedicated breakdown and recovery specialists in the Channel Islands. We are available 24/7 / 365 days per year.
Challenge
On a busy day, we can attend approximately 30 recovery call outs, ranging from flat batteries, punctured tires and collision incidents. Our fleet of 11 specialist recovery vehicles are spread across the island and some are ready and waiting in our depot ready to be dispatched.
We needed a vehicle tracking system that could provide real time data on location, and a system that wasn’t restricted to a PC so we could use it on the go.
