Jersey Employment Trust (JET) – Mobile connectivity

Introduction

JET was formed in 2002, to make employment and vocational training more accessible to people with disabilities. JET has evolved to supporting clients with a wide range of disabilities, mental health conditions and long-term health conditions and we now assist more than 550 clients each year within our Training and Development Service and Employment Service.

Challenge

Mobile working is key for us and our clients and, working in the charity sector, cost efficiency plays a big part, especially given budgetary pressures during the pandemic. We were also experiencing some mobile coverage issues in one of our locations.

Why Airtel-Vodafone ?

Airtel-Vodafone analyzed our mobile phone usage and requirements and also sent engineers to review the topography of our site and determined they would be improving our coverage straight away.

The switching process was seamless, we have made significant costs savings and the support of our account manager has been great. We couldn’t be happier with the service we receive, and Airtel-Vodafone also helped us with an outreach programme during the pandemic offering swift support and valuable advice on keeping our vulnerable clients connected to friends and family during challenging times.
