Challenge
ROK Group first joined the Airtel-Vodafone network in 2012, in the form of ROK Construction. Having users needing a great package to have constant communications internally and to our customers, we were also growing quite rapidly and needed a mobile partner that could offer scalability whilst also providing a cost-efficient, reliable business mobile plan.
Why Airtel-Vodafone?
Airtel-Vodafone proposed a shared minute, SMS and data plan that gave us more than what we needed, but also saved us money against our existing provider at the time. This enabled us to grow and add more users at the drop of a hat without having to worry about any extra charges. Any new requirement is handled very quickly by our account manager who is always easily accessible and very responsive.
Fast forward to 2021, we have grown to be one of the biggest construction companies in the Channel Islands, and Airtel-Vodafone has seamlessly supported us on this journey. They give us various dynamic, flexible communications solutions and detailed management information allowing us to do what we do best, safe in the knowledge that we are always confidently connected to our staff and customers.
