Reporting suspected 4G Freeview TV interference

Effective 3rd January 2017, if you are experiencing interference on your Freeview TV service and you suspect 4G interference you should use the following contact details:

The mobile operators are only responsible for rectifying Freeview interference (not Sky) and will put you in contact with the appointed TV aerial installer who can come and look into the issue. If the issue is found to be 4G interference the cost of the call out and any filter will be covered by the mobile operators however if the problem does not relate to 4G interference you will be liable for the call out charge and any remedial action / repair carried out.
