Your monthly bill

You can opt to receive your monthly bill via email or post. E-billing is free, paper billing is charged at £1 per month for a summary bill or £2 a month for a fully itemised bill.

Register for eBilling

eBilling is a quick, convenient and secure way to receive your monthly statement. It's also better for the environment! eBilling is free and takes less than a minute to set up. 

Simply text "Greenbill" with your email address (eg: Greenbill to 121 from your Airtel-Vodafone mobile. You will receive a text reply within a few minutes, confirming that your email address has been registered.

Once you receive this reply you will then need to text “Ebill password” to 121. You will receive a text reply with the password needed to view your bill, as these are password protected for security purposes. 

If you'd like to stop this service at any point please text 121 with 'STOPEBILL'.
