Billing

Your monthly bill

You can opt to receive your monthly bill via email or post. E-billing is free, paper billing is charged at £1 per month for a summary bill or £2 a month for a fully itemised bill.

eBilling

eBilling is a quick, easy and secure way to access your bill. If you have provided an email address to us during the sign up process, you will automatically receive your bill as an attachment every month, followed by an SMS containing a unique password.

Apple users

Please note that if you are using an Apple mobile device, the attachment does not show on iPhone email, something that has been raised with Apple. To open the attachment and view your bill, simply login to your email account by opening a web browser on your phone, tablet or desktop. Or you can access it via an App. For example, if you have a Gmail account you can login and view your account using the Gmail App.
